When often left to our own devices, we see saw between good days, and bad days. This song speaks of the inner monologues we have on both such days, for when things are good, we are patient and kind to ourselves, but when things are bad, we treat ourselves poorly. The way we speak to ourselves is so important, and often times, when the world feels heavy, all we want is to be left alone.
